Summary

This study looks at whether the OTAGO exercise program can improve balance, walking endurance, and motor coordination in children with Down syndrome. Researchers will work with 30 children aged 8 to 14 who have mild to moderate intellectual disability. The children will do the exercises, and their progress will be measured using tests of balance, walking, and thinking skills. The goal is to see if this program can help them move more easily and confidently in daily life.
