This study looks at whether the OTAGO exercise program can improve balance, endurance, and motor coordination in children with Down syndrome. Researchers will work with 30 children aged 8 to 14 who have mild to moderate intellectual disability. Over ten months, the children will do the exercises, and their progress will be measured with tests of balance, walking, and thinking skills.
