New telehealth program aims to ease ostomy challenges for cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a telehealth program that teaches cancer survivors with an ostomy how to manage their care before and after surgery. The program includes seven group sessions online. Researchers want to see if it helps patients feel more confident and improves their quality of life. About 150 people with colorectal or bladder cancer and their caregivers will take part.
