First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026
Summary
This study compares two non-drug treatments—osteopathic manipulative therapy and standard physiotherapy—for people with chronic neck pain, dizziness, and headaches linked to neck problems. Fifty adults aged 18 to 65 will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see which method better reduces symptoms like headache impact, dizziness disability, neck disability, and stress after four weeks of treatment.
