First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether osteopathic manipulative treatment or standard physiotherapy works better for people with long-term neck pain, headaches, and dizziness linked to neck problems. Fifty adults aged 18 to 65 with symptoms lasting at least three months will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. Researchers will measure changes in headache impact, dizziness disability, neck function, and stress after four weeks to see which approach offers more relief.
