This study tested two gentle hand techniques (rib lifting and chest pumping) combined with diaphragm release in 66 people with stable COPD. The goal was to see if these methods improve diaphragm movement and reduce shortness of breath. Results focused on ultrasound measurements and patient-reported breathing difficulty.
