Summary
This study looks at how the drug osimertinib is used in everyday practice for people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated NSCLC) in Spain. Researchers will track about 500 patients to see how long they live, how well the drug controls the cancer, and their quality of life. The goal is to fill gaps in knowledge, especially for older patients and those with less common mutations, since most data comes from controlled trials.
