Summary
This study tracks 274 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). It looks at how well the drug osimertinib works when used as the first treatment in real-life settings, not just in controlled trials. Researchers will follow patients for up to 36 months to measure survival, disease changes, and quality of life.
