First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the chemotherapy drug S-1 to the targeted therapy osimertinib can shrink tumors in people with EGFR-mutant lung cancer that has stopped responding to treatment. About 30 adults with advanced lung cancer will receive the combination and be monitored for tumor response. The goal is to find a new option for patients whose cancer has become resistant to current therapies.
