New hope for Cushing's patients: drug targets tough hypertension

Summary

This study tests a drug called osilodrostat in 63 adults with Cushing's syndrome who also have high blood pressure. The goal is to see if the drug can safely lower both cortisol levels and blood pressure over 30 weeks. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and blood pressure will be monitored closely.
