First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests a new two-drug combination for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease got worse after standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The drugs—gemcitabine (a chemotherapy) and ivonescimab (a targeted therapy)—are given together to try to shrink tumors. About 47 adults will take part, and the main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink significantly.
