Summary

This study tests a new combination of two drugs—gemcitabine (a chemotherapy) and ivonescimab (a targeted therapy)—in 47 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease got worse after standard immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and offer a new option for patients who have run out of treatments.
