Summary
This study explores whether growing a patient's tumor cells in the lab (as organoids) can help doctors predict which chemotherapy drugs will work best for that individual. Researchers will collect tissue from biopsies or surgeries of 40 people with suspected or confirmed osteosarcoma. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and if lab drug sensitivity matches real tumor response.
