Summary
This study is for people newly diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma that is not considered high-risk. It tests a combination of two drugs (orelabrutinib and rituximab) and may include a stem cell transplant using the patient's own cells. The goal is to see how well this approach shrinks or controls the cancer and how safe it is.
