Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new medical device called the Orbera365 intragastric balloon for weight loss. The balloon is placed in the stomach during a procedure to help people feel full and eat less. Researchers will compare weight loss in two groups: one group gets the balloon plus a lifestyle program, and the other group gets the lifestyle program alone.
