Summary

This study tests a chemotherapy pill (oral paclitaxel) combined with radiation for people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It is for patients aged 70 or older or those who cannot tolerate standard IV chemo. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and helps control the cancer.
