Summary

This study tests a combination of an oral chemotherapy drug (paclitaxel) and radiation therapy for people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial includes 22 participants aged 70 or older, or those who cannot tolerate standard IV chemo. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and helps control the cancer.
