First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people with oral lichen planus (a chronic mouth condition) have a higher risk for heart problems and blood clots. Researchers will measure natural anticoagulant levels and antiphospholipid antibodies in 55 adults over one year. The goal is to understand the link between this mouth disease and cardiovascular health, not to test a new treatment.
