Summary
This study tests whether diabetes specialists can help patients manage dry mouth and improve oral health during regular check-ups. Doctors will be trained to screen for dry mouth, offer simple advice, and refer to dental services if needed. The goal is to see if this approach makes dry mouth less severe and improves patients' quality of life related to oral health.
