Summary
This study is testing whether oral cannabis can safely reduce chronic back or neck pain and help people cut down on strong painkillers like opioids. About 157 adults with long-term spine pain will take cannabis capsules or a placebo. The goal is to see if cannabis works as a non-addictive pain treatment and lowers opioid doses.
