Summary
This study looked at how the body processes buprenorphine, a medication used to treat opioid use disorder, when given by mouth in different doses. Eighteen healthy adults who had used opioids in the past took part. The goal was to gather information on drug levels in the blood to help design better, safer ways to start treatment.
