First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests an oral medication (azacitidine) as maintenance therapy for Chinese adults with acute myeloid leukemia who are in complete remission after chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can help keep the cancer from returning longer than best supportive care alone. About 34 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track relapse-free survival and side effects.
