This study looks at people who had a certain type of heart attack (NSTEMI) and have multiple blocked heart arteries. It compares fixing all blockages right away during the first procedure versus waiting a few days to fix the non-critical blockages. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer deaths, heart attacks, or repeat procedures over one year.
