Summary
This study looks at people who had a certain type of heart attack (NSTEMI) and have multiple blocked heart arteries. It compares fixing all blockages right away versus fixing the main one first and the others a few days later. The goal is to see which approach reduces the risk of death, another heart attack, or needing more procedures.
