Summary
This study looks at how filtering affects the helpful ingredients in serum eye drops for people with severe dry eye disease. Ten adults who haven't gotten better with standard treatments will provide blood samples to make the drops. The goal is to find the best way to prepare these drops so they work as well as possible.
