Summary

This study looks at how filtering affects the key ingredients in eye drops made from a patient's own blood (autologous serum) for severe dry eye disease. Ten adults with dry eye that hasn't improved with standard treatments will provide blood samples. Researchers will measure levels of healing factors before and after filtration to find the best way to prepare these drops.
