First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is for people who have lost an arm above the elbow and are getting a bone-anchored implant (osseointegration) along with nerve rerouting surgery (TMR). The goal is to see if a special muscle-signal training program helps them control a myoelectric (muscle-controlled) prosthetic arm more effectively in daily life. Five participants will be followed over time to measure how much they use the prosthesis and how it improves their function.
