Heart patients get a sleep and stress boost in new study

Summary
This study tests whether adding a special sleep and stress program (called RESST) to standard cardiac rehabilitation helps people with heart disease recover better. About 200 adults who have sleep or stress issues will take part. Researchers will track sleep quality, stress levels, and costs to see if the program is worth offering widely.
