Summary
This study is for adults with a type of blood cancer called DLBCL that has come back or not responded to treatment. It tests different combinations of chemotherapy and radiation given before standard CAR T cell therapy to see if they can make the treatment work better and be safer. The goal is to find the best pre-treatment plan to improve outcomes for these patients.
