Summary
This study tests a new, gentler steroid eye drop plan after corneal transplant surgery. It aims to reduce side effects like high eye pressure and see if patients can safely stop all medication after one year. About 342 adults getting a DMEK transplant will take part. The goal is to prevent rejection while lowering the burden of lifelong treatment.
