Summary

This study tests whether men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer can safely take breaks from hormone therapy (relugolix) once their PSA levels drop very low. The goal is to see if intermittent treatment reduces fatigue and maintains cancer control compared to continuous therapy. About 160 men will participate in this phase 2 trial.
