NCT ID NCT07556029
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks for the ideal amount of protein healthy young adults need to maximize muscle building. Twelve people aged 18-35 will try different protein drinks in a random order. The goal is to find the smallest protein amount that still gives the best muscle-building effect.
