Study tests new timing for IVF egg collection in older women
NCT ID NCT06433518
Summary
This study aims to find the best follicle size for triggering ovulation in women aged 35 and older who have low ovarian reserve during IVF treatment. Researchers will compare triggering when follicles are 13-16mm versus the standard practice of waiting until they are over 17mm. The goal is to see which timing yields more mature eggs and better pregnancy outcomes for this specific group of patients.
