First seen Jun 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy (durvalumab) and chemotherapy (cisplatin and gemcitabine) before surgery can shrink liver tumors and help prevent cancer from coming back. Some participants also receive a targeted drug (futibatinib) if their tumor has a specific genetic change. The trial enrolls 44 adults with resectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and focuses on safety and treatment completion.
