Summary
This study tests whether adjusting antibiotic doses based on regular blood tests helps adults with sepsis recover faster. About 198 ICU patients will either get standard dosing or personalized dosing guided by drug-level monitoring. The goal is to see if this approach shortens time to full recovery and reduces side effects.
