First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study will test whether adjusting antibiotic doses based on regular blood tests helps people with sepsis recover faster. About 198 adults in the ICU or infectious disease ward will be split into two groups: one gets standard antibiotic dosing, the other gets doses tailored to their blood levels. The main goal is to see if personalized dosing shortens the time to full recovery.
