Summary

This study looks at whether a dedicated care plan can help people who have a non-traumatic brain hemorrhage (a type of stroke). The plan focuses on fast, expert care in specialized hospital units. Researchers will track 600 patients to see if the plan reduces death and long-term disability compared to usual care.
