Summary
This study looks at ways to help low-income families in New York City buy more fruits, vegetables, and beans when shopping for groceries online. About 360 families will receive different combinations of text message tips, extra money for buying healthy foods, and easy shopping lists. The goal is to find the best, most affordable way to improve food security and heart-healthy eating.
