Summary
This study looks at how a special balloon called the OPN balloon is used to open severely hardened or blocked heart arteries. Researchers will track 300 adults who need this procedure to see how well it works and what problems might happen. The goal is to learn the best ways to use this balloon to improve blood flow and heart health.
