New hope for Tough-to-Treat myeloma: early trial of OPN-6602 begins

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called OPN-6602, given alone or with another drug (dexamethasone), in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 130 adults will take part.
