Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called OPN-6602, given alone or with a steroid (dexamethasone), in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, side effects, and the right dose. About 130 adults will take part across multiple centers.
