No-opioid anesthesia may ease recovery after pancreatic surgery

Summary
This study compares opioid-free anesthesia to standard opioid anesthesia in 200 adults having laparoscopic pancreatic surgery. The goal is to see if avoiding opioids leads to less pain, nausea, and better recovery after surgery. Participants will be monitored for pain and side effects for 48 hours after the procedure.
