Can quitting pain pills fix your swallowing?

Summary
This study aims to see if stopping opioid pain medication can resolve swallowing problems and chest pain caused by long-term opioid use. Researchers will follow 26 patients enrolled in an opioid cessation program at Mayo Clinic. They will check if these esophageal issues improve after participants stop taking opioids.
