New cancer drug ONO-7428 enters first human safety trial

Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety and tolerability of a new drug called ONO-7428 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. About 60 participants will receive the drug in increasing doses to find the safest dose. The goal is to understand side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
