Summary
This study compares two online programs—yoga and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—to see which better reduces chronic musculoskeletal pain in veterans. About 274 veterans with pain lasting over 6 months will participate. The goal is to find effective, accessible ways to ease pain and improve daily life.
