New online program aims to ease anxiety in cancer survivors

Summary

This study is testing an online program called On-Trac (Online Training After Cancer) to help adult cancer survivors learn strategies to manage anxiety. The program uses techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy. Researchers will enroll 80 participants to see if the program reduces anxiety and improves emotional well-being.
