First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study aims to help people with social anxiety disorder by offering an online therapy program in Chinese. About 110 adults in Hong Kong will either receive guidance from a clinical psychologist, a trained coach, or be placed on a waiting list. The goal is to see if the coach-led version works nearly as well as the therapist-led version, which could make treatment more affordable and accessible.
