What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- Online stress management program (cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness meditation)
- What this could lead to
- If effective, this program could offer a scalable, low-cost way to help health students manage stress and improve mental well-being.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small pilot study in one region, so results may not apply broadly. The program's success depends on student engagement, which can be low in online interventions.
