First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a 30-minute online program designed to help young adults (ages 18-24) who vape reduce their e-cigarette use and avoid starting to smoke cigarettes. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a control group, and researchers will track their vaping habits and attitudes over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the program helps people vape less and stay away from smoking.
