Summary
This study tested whether a personalized program delivered through WeChat could help college students better balance their daily time across physical activity, sitting, and sleep. Fifty students aged 18-25 who did not meet healthy movement guidelines were randomly assigned to receive the online guidance or continue their usual routines. The program provided individualized feedback and support to encourage healthier daily patterns. Results will inform future digital tools for improving movement habits in young adults.
